The Belt Wipe is available for common CEMA belt widths from 18” to 120”. Wider conveyor belts (>60” width) are often best served by multiple smaller Belt Wipes arranged in a staggered-across configuration to cover the full width of the conveyor belt. Multiple smaller Belt Wipes are more cost-effective to ship because they occupy less volume in standard highway transport equipment and shipping containers. For example, an 84” wide belt can be served by two @ 42” wide Belt Wipes.
Also, multiple smaller Belt Wipes are easier to install and support on typical jobsites than singular large Belt Wipes, and multiple smaller Belt Wipes therefore require less staff labour than one very large Belt Wipe.
